Hello, let me take a minute to introduce myself. You know my name, that's how you got here. Here is how I got here. Real estate is not my first career. It is actually number three and by far my favorite.

Career #1: I have a Master's Degree in Education and enjoyed four years as an educator - which made me a better Mom.

Career #2: Customer Care/Service in corporate settings. And friend, my ascension up the career ladder led to my love of real estate and the design of my model for providing SERVICE THAT SELLS. Each step in career advancement meant a relocation and a new home. I realized I was a pretty demanding client and set the bar high for the agents I worked with as I moved across the country. These experiences crafted my skills as a buyer and seller of real estate.

Career #3: When I decided to return to my home town in 2004, my Realtor in Virginia suggested Career #3 in real estate! I was licensed in December 2004 and have been on this wild ride ever since.

• Always seeking new opportunities, I have worked with several builders both in spec homes and the custom market
• Implemented the American Homes for Rent (AH4R) program in Knoxville, resulting in the purchase of several hundred homes to provide quality rental homes in our area
• List properties for resale
• Assist Buyers in finding their "perfect home for now" or their forever property
• Becoming the gateway to the Knoxville market for clients relocating, to help them determine where they want to live in order to best support their lifestyle
• Partnering with construction professionals who are elevating the housing supply in Knoxville to meet the needs of the current buyer
